A few weeks ago, I went to The Norfolk Hotel with a few of the Bournemouth Bloggers to try out their Sunday Carvery. I am a massive fan of a carvery (well, food in general!) so was excited to try this out never having been to The Norfolk Hotel before.
On arrival, we were shown to the main dining room where we were greeted by our waitress to take our drinks order, we all opted for cold drinks as it was a very warm day.
We then headed over to the carvery where the chef explained the meat and vegetables that are were available. We had the choice of beef, gammon or turkey, I opted for the gammon and turkey as well as a giant Yorkshire pudding!
I was delighted to see that they had pigs in blankets available which are one of my all time favourites so I made sure that I loaded up on them!
I then topped it all off (quite literally) with plenty of veg, gravy and cranberry sauce. We then headed back to the table to take the obligatory photos before tucking in. I had piled my plate up so much, I didn’t know where to start.
I throughly enjoyed our lunch and I would definitely like to pay another visit to The Norfolk Hotel to try out some of the starters and desserts as they looked delicious.
I was invited to The Norfolk Hotel with the Bournemouth Bloggers for a Sunday Carvery in exchange for a blog post however all words and images are my own.
